Guests will enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the property, a Keurig coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator for easy meal prep. Relax in the living room or primary bedroom with flat-screen TVs, or step outside to the hot tub, seasonal heated pool, screened-in porch, and expansive deck—perfect for soaking up the waterfront views. Nestled on five private acres, this retreat combines space, privacy, and convenience for an unforgettable Chesapeake Bay getaway. 

 We offer a variety of services to enhance your stay, including housekeeping and thoughtfully provided amenities such as coffee, linens, towels, and starter supplies. As your co-host, we’re happy to share personalized local recommendations so you can make the most of your time in Reedville, whether that’s exploring hidden gems, booking a boat tour, or enjoying the area’s best seafood. Our homes are pet-friendly, and we make sure every detail—from fresh bedding to reliable Wi-Fi—is ready for your arrival. Our goal is to make your vacation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, with responsive support throughout your stay and the option for special touches like mid-stay cleanings or extended checkout when available.
