About the Lyellton House
This home is very special to us. We came to Colonial Beach for the first time for our honeymoon in 2022 and we fell in love with the people and the area. We were very blessed to find this beautiful home built in 1918. We added an addition on the back that includes the 4 bathrooms, up and down den and we renovated and relocated the kitchen.
Amenities
Downstairs you will find a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, refrigerator and laundry room. Upstairs, for your convenience you will find a kitchenette with microwave and Keurig, a laundry room and upstairs den with smart TV and pull-out couch for extra sleeping room.
Provided outside is a deck leading down to a patio with firepit, grill, lawn games, bikes and more!
