JMC Retreats Vacation Rentals

We offer a variety of vacation rentals including beach houses, waterfront homes, mountain, and historical homes.  

You can make a reservation by clicking the book now button or go to our homes page.  Choose the home you would like to stay and then book directly via the calendar. 

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and time of year. Please refer to the specific property listing for details.

Yes!  Each property has wi-fi.  The password is posted at each property and in the guide book. 

Check in 4pm or later and check out is until 10 am. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. 

If you’d like to request a late checkout, please contact us. However please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in. 

Instructions are different for each property.  We will message detailed instructions prior to check in.  

Are You Pet Friendly?

Yes! 🐾 We love welcoming pets at our properties. We just ask that all pets are spayed/neutered and house-trained to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

If you need to leave your pet unattended inside the home, please keep them in a crate—we’re happy to provide one if needed. When outdoors or outside of any fenced areas, please keep your pet on a leash for their safety and the consideration of others.

As a responsible pet owner, you are expected to clean up after your pet. For your convenience, we provide waste bags at each home.
